GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Subject matter of the GTC:
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between VanMa Beauty GmbH as the operator of the Internet webshop www.vmbcosmetics.com (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), as the operator of the Internet sales platform www.vmbcosmetics.com and the customer (organization, company, end user, etc.).
2. offers and prices
Orders for the goods specified in the online store can be placed via the Internet, by telephone or in writing.
The offers are valid within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT of 7.7% and remain valid until the next offer is issued.
Errors and price changes excepted.
There is no minimum quantity surcharge and no minimum order quantity.
3. terms of payment
3.1 Payment can be made in advance, on account, via PayPal, Saferpay (credit cards) or PostFinance Card.
3.2 Payment on account possible from the 3rd order, up to CHF 400.00.
From an amount of CHF 400.00, the products will only be dispatched after receipt of the full invoice amount. Invoices are payable net within 14 days of delivery (by bank transfer or payment slip). Discounts are excluded.
3.3 After the 2nd reminder has expired, the claims shall be assigned to a debt collection agency. Their conditions then apply. This means that additional costs will be incurred. All claims become due immediately if the customer is in default of payment.
4. shipping costs (Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein)
4.1 No shipping costs will be charged for consignments over CHF 500.
4.2 For purchases below CHF 500, a shipping fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged.
4.3 Deliveries abroad may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
5. delivery
5.1 Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2-3 working days
Deadlines and delivery periods are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5.2 If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right not to deliver it or to deliver an item of equivalent quality and price. If the customer is not satisfied with the item, he can of course return it free of charge.
5.3 The risk is transferred to the customer when the products are handed over to the carrier, Swiss Post.
6. right of return
6.1 The goods shall only be exchanged or taken back if the complaint is justified and must be made by telephone or e-mail without delay, but at the latest within 6 working days of receipt of the goods.
6.2 The right of return only applies if the original packaging is unopened. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer. The customer shall also bear the costs of returning the goods. If you have returned the goods in due time, the amount will be credited or refunded.

7. reservation of title
The goods shall remain the property of VanMa Beauty GmbH until payment has been made in full.

The protection of your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We comply with the legal provisions on data protection, in particular the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
As a customer, you have the option at any time to request information about the data stored about your organization, company or person (scope, purpose) or to request its deletion. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
9. final provisions
9.1 VanMa Beauty GmbH reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC.
9.2 Text, images and graphics, as well as their arrangement on this website, are protected by copyright and other protective laws. The content of this website may not be copied, distributed, modified or made accessible to third parties for commercial purposes. The website also contains images that are subject to third-party copyright.
9.3 This website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the information it contains. You exclude any liability for damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website.
10. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.

All obligations arising from the contractual relationship are subject to Swiss law.
