These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between VanMa Beauty GmbH as the operator of the Internet webshop www.vmbcosmetics.com (hereinafter referred to as \"we\" or \"us\"), as the operator of the Internet sales platform www.vmbcosmetics.com and the customer (organization, company, end user, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Orders for the goods specified in the online store can be placed via the Internet, by telephone or in writing.<\/p>\n

The offers are valid within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss VAT of 7.7% and remain valid until the next offer is issued.<\/p>\n

Errors and price changes excepted.<\/p>\n

3.1 Payment can be made in advance, on account, via PayPal, Saferpay (credit cards) or PostFinance Card.<\/p>\n

3.2 Payment on account possible from the 3rd order, up to CHF 400.00.<\/p>\n

From an amount of CHF 400.00, the products will only be dispatched after receipt of the full invoice amount. Invoices are payable net within 14 days of delivery (by bank transfer or payment slip). Discounts are excluded.<\/p>\n

3.3 After the 2nd reminder has expired, the claims shall be assigned to a debt collection agency. Their conditions then apply. This means that additional costs will be incurred. All claims become due immediately if the customer is in default of payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Deadlines and delivery periods are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n

5.2 If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right not to deliver it or to deliver an item of equivalent quality and price. If the customer is not satisfied with the item, he can of course return it free of charge.<\/p>\n

6.1 The goods shall only be exchanged or taken back if the complaint is justified and must be made by telephone or e-mail without delay, but at the latest within 6 working days of receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n

6.2 The right of return only applies if the original packaging is unopened. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer. The customer shall also bear the costs of returning the goods. If you have returned the goods in due time, the amount will be credited or refunded.<\/p>\n
